Review on Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse Chicago

I went to Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse over winter break with my family. It was a 10/10 experience. The restaurant is the InterContinental Hotel on Michigan Ave. It is the perfect location, with the city all around. The ambiance of the restaurant is very fancy and warm, and I knew the food was going to be amazing. Windows looking out to Michigan Ave and a grand staircase leading to the dining room made me feel like a royalty.

I ordered a cheeseburger, my go to food. It was unlike any other burger I’ve ever had. It was seasoned perfectly, cooked just right, with cheese melted over the top. Even the bun was heavenly. I did have to cut it in half because of how ginormous it was but it was no problem, I happily had leftovers the next day.

For an appetizer, my family ordered truffle fries and shrimp. The fries were amazing. It was a different taste but an average fry but so much better. The shrimp was pretty average according to my family, I really liked it.

I had also tried some of my brother’s steak and it was the best. We made jokes that Michael Jordan himself was back there making the steak because of how perfect it was.

Don’t even get me started on the dessert. We ordered the chocolate cake, it was 1 million feet tall and the frosting was a perfect mix between glaze and frosting. Even though I was super stuffed from my meal, my family and I enjoyed the whole slice.

So obviously I am a foodie and I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to treat yourself for a special occasion or if you are in need of some fancy foods.
