If it is a normal weekday or a weekend and things are pretty boring, these brand new TV shows that have recently come out or are going to come out will surely make a normal day very interesting and fun. All of these new shows range from Drama to Comedy and will surely make one laugh until he or she is crying or holding his or her breath from anticipation and suspense. Check out these interesting new TV shows that are rated as Editors’ pick.

For the people that like to keep up with drama, make sure to catch up with “The Affair.” “The Affair” is a Drama that will premiere on Sunday, October 12th at 10/9c on Showtime. This dramatic show is about a married waitress that works at a Hamptons diner and cheats on her husband with a teacher who is already married. The show will star Dominic West from The Wire and Ruth Wilson from Luther. These two characters are depicted as the cheaters, while Maura Tierney from ER and Joshua Jackson from Fringe are the spouses that get cheated on.

For all those who are a fan of the already hit TV show “Arrow” on the CW, make sure to watch “The Flash.” “The Flash” is an action, adventure, and drama that will premiere on Tuesday, October 7th at 8/7c on the CW. This action-packed show is about an explosion at the S.T.A.R Labs which causes Barry Allen to become the fastest man alive. In the show, Berry works as a forensics investigator and uses his speed to help fight crime. This show will star Grant Gustin who plays Barry Allen from the already hit TV show “Arrow,” in his own spin-off series.

For the people that like to watch anything that can bring laughter, “Bad Judge” is a good option to watch. “Bad Judge” is a comedy that will premiere on Thursday, October 2nd at 9/8c on NBC. This comedic show is about a woman named Rebecca Wright that is a very respected criminal court judge, but her personal life is the complete opposite. In fact, Rebecca’s personal life is a huge mess! From sleeping around to partying, she does things that a college student would do. Kate Walsh will be starring in the show as Rebecca Wright.

For those who would love to laugh and be entertained by a hilarious new TV show, make sure to watch “Black-ish.” “Black-ish” is a comedy that premiered on Wednesday, September 24 at 9/8c on ABC.  In this comedic show, a man named Anthony Johnson realizes that his family does not have much of a cultural identity, so he tries to create one for them, while living in a white upper-class neighborhood. The show will star Anthony Anderson as Andre ‘Dre’ Johnson.

Last but not least, for those who like to watch drama, “Madam Secretary” is a good show to watch. “Madam Secretary” is a Drama that premiered on Sunday, September 21st at 8/7c on CBS. This drama-filled show stars Téa Leoni as Elizabeth Faulkner McCord. This dramatic show is about a former CIA agent named Elizabeth and her former boss from when she was working with the CIA, who becomes the President of the United States. In the show, her former boss asks her to become the Secretary of the State. Consequently, Elizabeth uses her talents to make things interesting in Washington D.C.
