Kevin Spacey is a two time Oscar winner, a former Broadway and theatre star, and the now-former star of Netflix’s House of Cards. Recently, many people have come out and told their story about how Spacey either attempted rape or harassed them. The question is, what did Kevin Spacey do exactly to make him a bad man?

 First of all, Spacey’s first alleged sexual assaults began early on. According to an article titled, “The sexual assault allegations against Kevin Spacey span decades. Here’s what we know,” Buzzfeed published allegations made by Anthony Rapp. Rapp, an actor, claimed that Spacey made a sexual advance towards him when he was only 14 years old, which was nearly 37 years ago. If these allegations were true, it only adds to the claim that Kevin Spacey is really a bad guy.

    Furthermore, Spacey used his level of authority, his money, and power in Hollywood to lure young men in. According to an article titled, “Film Flashback: The Root Of Kevin Spacey’s Evil,” Spacey was one of Hollywood’s greatest actors. Therefore, Spacey used his power and fame to get to people, especially to exploit them, proving how bad of a man he really was. Also, Spacey’s use of his fame to do bad things is shown in another article. In an article called, “The sexual allegations against Kevin Spacey spans decades. Here’s what we know,” Many of Spacey’s accusers described witnessing or experiencing behavior from the actor that, like Weinstein, involved using the lure of his success and the opportunity of career mentorship to put himself in a position where he could then prey on young men. Therefore, Spacey used his power to do bad things, proving that he was a bad guy.

   Lastly, since the allegation against Spacey from Anthony Rapp came out, many more have come forward and made allegations against Spacey as well. According to a Vox article, a 14 year old, a 17 year old, Kate Edwards and nine more made allegations of unwanted sexual advances from Kevin Spacey. These facts all show that Spacey is clearly a bad man.

    According to the many facts provided, Kevin Spacey is not a man with good intentions. He allegedly assaulted Anthony Rapp when he was only 14 years old. He also used his fame and money to lure young men in and assault them or make unwanted sexual advances. Lastly, Spacey had a long list of twelve people make allegations against him.

    Because of these facts, Spacey is really a bad man.
