Giordano’s Pizzeria in Naperville, Illinois, is known as the best sit-down pizza restaurant in town.

Downtown Naperville has become a popular tourist attraction for many people and offers many high-end restaurants to choose from, but Giordanos stands out among all the rest because of its excellent service, well prepared dishes and its ability to please every customer who walks through the door.

Not only does Giordanos have excellent food and customer service, it is also reasonably priced considering the quality of the food starting at about $14 for a small and around $23 for a large deep dish cheese. But there are many more toppings that can range from 5 to 25 cents more such as pepperoni, sausage, pineapple, etc.

To begin my outing at Giordano’s, I had a small order of cheesy garlic bread to tide me over until my pizza had finished cooking. It was an exceptional appetizer at a reasonable price of just $8 and could serve two people, but because it was so good, I ate it all in one sitting. But there are also many choices of soups, such as beef barley, Italian wedding and minestrone. There are also many salads to choose from such as caesar, house and chopped. Some pastas are fettucine alfredo, chicken carbonara, mostaccioli with your choice of either marinara or meat sauce. All of these dishes are very cheap, starting at $7 for a starter size and the family size can cost as little as $15.

I also sampled a small, Chicago-style deep dish sausage and pepperoni pizza which was amazing until the last bite. The pizza was served as soon as it got out of the oven with minimal delay.

When my server Michelle served me a slice, the cheese stretched as far as she could reach, then she cut it, and the cheese fell onto my plate. I only had one piece because I was stuffed. But the plus side was that I had leftovers for the next couple of days.

Overall, this restaurant is highly recommended and is a great bang-for-your-buck. I cannot wait to go back and try more of the great variety of foods Giordano’s has to offer.
